    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep

  • Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Lightly grease with butter or non-stick spray.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.

  • Optional: add xanthan gum if you want the waffles extra fluffy and structured.

3. Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and heavy cream until smooth.

4. Combine Wet & Dry
