🍕 Easy Pizza Recipe Without Oven (Pan Pizza on Stove)

If you don’t have an oven, no problem! This simple stovetop pizza is soft, cheesy, and crispy on the bottom—made using a frying pan. Perfect for quick cravings with basic ingredients.


📝 Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • ¾ cup warm water (as needed)

For the Pizza Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons ketchup or tomato sauce

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

  • ½ teaspoon oregano

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

  • ½ cup cooked chicken / pepperoni / sausages (optional)

  • ½ onion (sliced)

  • ½ capsicum (sliced)

  • 1 small tomato (thin slices)

  • Olives or corn (optional)


🍞 Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

  2. Add oil and gradually pour in warm water.

  3. Knead into a soft dough (about 8–10 minutes).

  4. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

👉 Shortcut: If you’re in a hurry, you can skip resting, but the pizza will be less fluffy.


🍅 Step 2: Make Quick Pizza Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, chili flakes, oregano, and garlic powder.

  2. Stir well and set aside.

  1. Punch down the dough and divide into 1–2 portions.

  2. Roll it into a round shape (same size as your pan).

  3. Keep thickness medium—not too thin, not too thick.

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on very low flame.

  2. Lightly grease it with oil or butter.

  3. Place the dough in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly firm at the bottom.

  4. Flip the base carefully.

  5. Spread pizza sauce on the cooked side.

  6. Add cheese generously.

  7. Place all toppings evenly.

  1. Cover the pan with a lid.

  2. Cook on very low heat for 8–10 minutes.
